Spacious rooms that are super clean and modern. The staff here is really nice and friendly, they truly care about making your stay great. The location couldn't be better, with a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport 🚌.

I liked the location, proximity to the airport. Good shuttle service. Flight status board was good idea.
No refrigerator and microwave in room, especially if stay is 2 days or more. Assigned a handicapped room without having been asked. I had to request change to another room. Excercise room bikes malfunctioned often.

No maidservice on day we didnt leave sign had to call front desk 2 x be for someone came and took trash and gave clean towels nothing else was done!!

We had a huge room with a delightful view. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. The breakfast choice was relatively cheap. The location of the property was the best and comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was a big plus.

Heat didn't work, couldn't check into room until after 6:00pm.plus it was a big centipede in my room.

Front desk staff was friendly.
Very bad house keeping, worst i have experienced. Did not even have in room dining menu available. Said that they were out of copies!! Kept me on hold on the phone twice for almost 20 mins. Took them 30 mins to bring toothpaste to the room.

The staff was friendly and the location was good.
One of the panels on the front of the sink in the bathroom was about to fall off. The entire bathroom was not in good shape. I expected better from a Sheraton.

The service here was excellent, and the airport shuttle went above and beyond our expectations, plus the double room we stayed in had a spacious, large bathroom that was huge.

The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in over 30yrs of traveling. The staff was very helpful in getting alternative transportation to accommodate our excess luggage
